Chương trình MBA Triple Crown phối hợp với SIMI Swiss là chương trình hiếm hoi đạt tiêu chuẩn năng lực nghề nghiệp cho vị trí Senior Leader (UK Gov Standard No. ST0480 ) theo khung năng lực quốc gia Anh Quốc và Châu Âu.

Là một chương trình được kiểm định và công nhận toàn diện, nên nhiều tổ chức uy tín trên thế giới cũng công nhận kết quả của chương trình, trong đó, hệ thống khảo thí và cấp văn bằng năng lực của quốc gia Anh Quốc cũng ghi nhận và công nhận thành tích của chương trình này.
Khi đăng ký chương trình bằng kép, nếu có nguyện vọng lấy văn bằng năng lực quốc gia Anh Quốc (Level 7 tương đương Master), học viên có thể đăng ký ngay từ đầu.
OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership được công nhận bởi chính phủ Anh Quốc (UK Gov No. 603/2181/7), được công nhận rộng rãi tại Châu Âu và hầu hết quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ ở cấp độ Thạc sĩ.

Chương trình MBA bằng kép được công nhận năng lực theo tiêu chuẩn nghề nghiệp Senior Leader của Vương quốc Anh. Senior Leader là vị trí quản lý cấp cao nhất tại Anh Quốc. Senior Leader chỉ dành cho ứng viên đã tốt nghiệp Thạc sĩ và năng lực đầu ra của chương trình Thạc sĩ đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn quản lý cấp cao Senior Leader của Anh Quốc.
Tốt nghiệp chương trình MBA bằng kép, ứng viên có thể đăng ký để nhận Senior Leader Certified mà không cần trải qua kỳ sát hạch thường niên.

Theo quy định tại khoản 2 Điều 2 Nghị định 111/2011/NĐ-CP, “Hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự” được giải thích là việc cơ quan có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam chứng nhận con dấu, chữ ký, chức danh trên giấy tờ, tài liệu của nước ngoài để giấy tờ, tài liệu đó được công nhận và sử dụng tại Việt Nam.

The aim of this unit is to develop learners’ understanding of how the effective strategic management of human resources supports the achievement of organisational objectives in different contexts. Learners will evaluate the contribution of strategic human resource management, and the application of leadership and management theory for organisational benefit.

The aim of this unit is to develop learners’ ability to prepare for various types of academically based management research through the development and design of a research proposal. Learners will develop a critical understanding of the philosophical, practical and ethical concepts of research within the context of the business environment.
